At Hayani Services, our name is our mission: to support, nurture, and guide family life. We exist to serve the spaces in between generations, helping families move from tension to understanding, from silence to connection. Our work is grounded in respect for the complexity of family life—its history, its emotions, and its power to shape who we become. HR consulting focuses on maximising performance and supporting newly appointed managers and leaders who are placed in Leadership positions after exceptional performance in specialist roles and entrepreneurs who have ventured into new businesses. I partner with them as a thinking partner to provide a safe space to develop leadership skills and empowerment on Human Resource policies and procedures.
