Livhuwani brings over 20 years of experience in human resources as a Human Resource Generalist and Manager, where she facilitated communication, leadership development, and conflict resolution in diverse teams and employees in the corporate field. Her lived experience as a Black South African woman who grew up during apartheid—then watched her children step into a freer, yet more complex world—inspires her coaching.
She founded Hayani Services to bridge the silent generational gaps she witnessed in families and workplaces. With wisdom shaped by both professional expertise and personal growth, Livhuwani invites people to move past assumptions toward mutual understanding and growth in both personal and professional life. This growth allows individuals to move from the current situation to desired outcome where they transform and function at their highest potential maximizing both effectiveness and efficiency.

The Iceberg Model
At the surface, we see conflict, silence, or resistance—but beneath that lies a world of meaning. The Iceberg Model helps uncover the unspoken: inherited beliefs, cultural expectations, fears, values, and emotional history. We use this model to gently guide clients into deeper awareness, so they can respond with empathy rather than react in frustration.

Through guided conversations, values-based exercises, and identity mapping, we help you gain clarity on what matters most—and how to honour that in your relationships, leadership, or life decisions.
